This cooking show was aimed at food manufacturers. MGP Ingredients make plant-based protein and scientific food additives. The series pairs Chef Jill Garcia-Schmidt with one of MGP’s food scientists to make dishes that exceed the expectations of the viewer. The project was directed by Michael Martin and artwork was provided by Casey Ligon.
